"It’s great to have Mark Roughsedge on board as assistant coach. He brings with him years of coaching experience across a wide range of disciplines and ability levels. Mark and I could not be more excited for training to get underway."

"Having played in a World cup myself, I understand the personal commitment required to represent Great Britain and will be looking to continue the momentum laid down by the previous coaching teams. "In 2018 we will have a great platform to work from. Committed Great Britain Tag Rugby administrators, energetic back room staff and a talented playing pool from across the country eager to showcase their ability on the international stage. "The players chosen to represent Great Britain will have done so through hard work and dedication and I look forward to working with them in this upcoming journey."

Kim Parkinson MEN’S SENIORS (30+) "I’m very excited and honoured to be named as head coach. “Both myself and Cliff are aware of the responsibilities and sacrifices the two of us and the players will take on as we prepare for the Tag World Cup but believe we have the depth and talent pool available to pick a very competitive squad which makes our jobs a lot easier.   “Having Cliff Callanan on the coaching staff is a massive bonus as he will add a mix of experience and knowledge, so I’m really looking forward to working alongside him and bringing out the best in our players.”
